Process for Tryouts
On try out days, students should report to the gymnasium immediately after school, post dismissal. They will be checked in to ensure they have submitted their Sports Physical and Concussion Education documentation, and will then change into their athletic wear in the locker rooms. Tryouts will conclude at 4:45 and students can either ride the activity bus home or get picked up at the front of the school. Cuts will be finalized after the third day of tryouts.
To avoid any undue pressure or anxiety for the prospective players, tryouts will be closed to spectators. This includes parents and relatives. Thank you for your understanding and patience with this policy.
Game Day Information
All middle school athletics events are scheduled for a 5:15 pm start, but please be patient in the event of delays due to transportation or officials. Game admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students, so we request that you bring small bills. Seniors are admitted for free. It is PWCS policy that no bags are allowed inside.
Activity Busses
There are no activity buses on Mondays and Fridays. If your student stays after school on a Monday or Friday, parents/guardians are responsible for picking them up.
The activity buses will depart from the school at 4:45pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday. If a student is not picked up 5 minutes before the buses leave, they will be placed on the activity bus.

- Please note that activity buses do not drop off at typical bus stops. The activity buses will drop students off at the nearest cross streets. Your child will need to know their street name in order to support locating the nearest cross street drop off.
