Bootcamp will begin on 12/6 and will consist of 2 sections. Male students will comprise of the first 8 weeks of training (Dec and Jan). The female session will take place during Feb and March. Sign up for the week is every Monday right outside of the boy's locker room. The club will meet after school on Tuesday and Thursdays and go until 4:30pm.
Students MUST have a sports physical on file beforehand in order to partake. Sign up sheets will be posted outside the Boy's Locker room since since space is limited. Spots will be available at a first come first serve basis.
Students will be exposed to various types of exercise styles and routines that aren't always available in the classroom. Students are required to change before and after training sessions. They need to be dressed in proper athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Failure to do so will result in the student having to call home to be picked up. Each session will be about an hour in length and Activity Buses are available afterwards. Activity Buses don't always drop off students at their regular bus stop and so students will have to find a stop that is relatively close to their home address. Students can also be picked up at the front of the building.
