Need to request a change to your student's schedule?

• Fill out the Schedule Change Correction Form completely.
• When you submit it, it will be turned in to your school counselor for review.
• Your request will be reviewed for accuracy and availability.
• If a schedule correction is needed, your school counselor will contact you for further action.
